Every piece of art carries a story, sometimes whispered, sometimes boldly declared. Often, that story isn’t just about what you see on the surface. "Mouse / Big Heart" began with a simple idea.

'Old Shoes Never Bite' is a warm watercolour study of a pair of worn leather shoes, symbolising familiarity and trust.

Drawing on the old adage, the painting reflects ideas of gratitude and loyalty. A reminder not to forget the people or things that once supported us, even as new paths open up.
